How To Renew A Contract

This guide provides instructions on how to renew a contract within the Accord system.

Method 1: Via the Overview Dashboard

  1. Locate the contract: Scroll through the overview dashboard to find the specific contract that requires renewal.

  2. Select renew: Click the "renew" button associated with that contract.

  3. Verify and edit dates: The system will automatically populate the start and end dates based on the previous contract. You can edit these dates if necessary.

  4. Save: Click "save" to finalize the renewal.

Method 2: Via the Contracts Menu

  1. Access Contracts: Click on the "Contracts" option in the navigation menu.

  2. View the contract: Locate the desired contract and click "view".

  3. Select renew: Click the "renew" button within the contract details.

  4. Review and edit information: The system auto-populates the new start and end dates based on the prior contract. Edit any required fields, such as the value or review date, at this time.

  5. Save: Click "save" to complete the process.
