How To Extend A Contract
This guide explains how to extend a contract in the Accord system.

Method 1: Via the Dashboard
Locate the contract you wish to update on your dashboard.
Click "extend" on the specific contract.
Modify the extension period, add new POs, or update any other required details.
Once all amendments are complete, click "Save".
Method 2: Via the Contracts Menu
Click on "Contracts" in the main navigation menu.
Click "view" on the specific contract that needs extending.
Click the "extend" button.
Update any necessary details and click "Save".
Post-Extension View
Contract Status: After saving, the contract will display the status "This is an extension of [Original Supplier Name]".
Tracking: Outside of the individual contract details, the system will display the status of all associated contracts and clearly list the extension period number (e.g., Extension period 1, 2, etc.).
