Config Alert and Escalations

This guide outlines how to configure alerts and escalations in the Accord contract management system, which are triggered by specific contract date fields like end or review dates.

  1. Click "Alerts & Escalations" from the dashboard.

  2. Review the available alert options and periods, such as 60, 45, 30, or 14 days.

  3. Click "edit".

  4. Select all relevant people or roles associated with specific contracts who require each alert.

  5. Click "Save".
